I wanted to explore the Arctic but have never considered a cruise. Diane explained how expedition ships are not like the cruises I've imagined. They are simply  moving vessels to get to remote corners of the world.The focus is on exploration and soft adventure- not bingo and all you can eat buffets. Her knowledge of the different brands and which would best suit my needs was invaluable. She made the process seamless and I'm already looking at other regions to explore. A+++
